Health, Wellness & Life Coaching

Hi, I’m Kymbre! Mama to a spunky, wild & beautiful baby girl Ophelia, & wife of 7 years to my amazing husband, Alex. We have one dog, Stella, and one kitty, Rex and live in the great state of Colorado! I’m so glad you’re here 🫶

I'm a certified health, wellness, and life coach who works with moms and emotional eaters who have lost themselves in the hardships of motherhood and life. I help them create a healthy relationship with themselves and their loved ones where they feel seen, valued, and loved.

Admittedly, I have had my own struggles beginning as early as childhood in which I’ve struggled with incongruencies in my beliefs and identity that led to eating disorders to cope. I used to wake up feeling utterly defeated and inadequate because I was so lost in my sense of purpose and belonging. My days were filled with this nagging feeling like something was always wrong, but I didn’t know what.

Over the last couple of years, I struggled with a rough pregnancy and postpartum. In pregnancy, I fought through severe nausea losing 15 pounds in my first trimester, battled gestational diabetes starting at 20 weeks, faced severe burn out from a strict nutritional regimen, and wrestled with my own insecurities as my body changed in the third trimester. Postpartum was even harder as the baby blues weighed heavily the first weeks post-baby. They lifted for a few months, but around 4-5 months postpartum, I hit rock bottom when postpartum depression consumed my every thought, feeling and emotion.

Over the last 12 months I’ve gone through an eye-opening process that transformed my life. I’m so grateful for the journey I’ve been on, the support I’ve so graciously received, and the lessons I’ve learned. These experiences have granted me an extraordinary opportunity to help others experience the same transformation. I can't wait to help you on your own journey!

Xoxo 💖
